A value-based care provider needed an automated plan shopping tool that could intelligently serve the right health plans to users based on their location — and then route interested leads directly to the right sales reps, without any manual intervention.

A two-part Marketo experience built on smart form logic and Velocity scripting

We architected a two-component solution entirely within Adobe Marketo Engage — no additional platforms required. The design centred on delivering the right plan information to the right person, at the right moment.

01 Smart Form Logic: A ZIP code-driven Marketo form that dynamically revealed only the health plans available in that user's area. Users entering unsupported ZIP codes were informed immediately — no wasted journeys, no dead ends.
02 Dynamic Landing Pages via Velocity Scripting: We used Marketo's Velocity scripting engine to pass plan and location data into a single landing page template — dynamically populating it with the selected plan, a list of all local options, and contextual follow-up or information buttons tailored to each user's scenario.
